duckdodoc provides free online tools for processing PDF and image files, including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing documents. All tools are available without registration — no account required.

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Process files that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or overload our systems.
• Upload, distribute, or process content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful.
• Use automated scripts or bots to bulk-process files without prior written consent.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your files and will not use them for any other purpose.

5. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files and processed results are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted within 1 hour. You are responsible for downloading your results promptly. We are not liable for any data lost due to automatic deletion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce perfect results for all file types and configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, duckdodoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data.
