About Reorder Pages
Rearrange the pages of a PDF into the right order — useful after a multi-page scan comes out shuffled, or before sharing a stapled handout digitally in a more logical sequence.
How to reorder pages
- 1Upload the PDF whose pages need reordering.
- 2Drag the page thumbnails into the order you want.
- 3Double-check the new sequence in the preview.
- 4Click Run Reorder Pages and download the reordered file.
Tips
If your scanner produced pages in reverse order, dragging from the end to the front is usually faster than moving pages one at a time.
Combine this with Rotate PDF first if some pages also came out sideways — fixing orientation before reordering makes the thumbnails easier to read.
Reordering doesn't remove any pages — if you also need to drop a page, use Split PDF instead or afterward.
